The last ‘reliable’ report I heard was this tax cut ‘repayment’ would be waived or turned into a stimulus grant. If everyone is worried about repayment; then, simply bank the overpayment, collect the interest, and pay it back in full if that is what is required.
BTW: Veterans disability payments have only increased twice since Trump took office. Prior to that, Veterans did Not receive any increases. Have you tried living in 2020 with a disability check that is at the standards of 2008?

SGT Edward Wilcox That’s what I said to CW2 Peters, who talked about having finance take out the taxes anyway. It doesn’t work for SS or Medicare; they are fixed and automatic with no adjustment possible. That means you can’t tell them to take it out anyway - that’s the “can’t opt out” piece.

Thanks for clearing that up - in that case.. I am just going to set-aside a portion of my pay-check.

I have been working with both Congress and Senate to advocate fir Veterans and Actuve Duty in NC...we have the largest Army post (Bragg) and Marine Corps Base (LeJeune) on the east coast. That isn’t including Seymour Johnson n AFB, Cherry Point, Pope AFB, NRAS, and two other air bases here in NCSGT Edward Wilcox
