Trump said testing makes him look bad. The objective is to reduce testing. In fact I have read an article that the CDC is no longer the POC for testing reporting. HHS is now the POC and hospitals are indicating the process of reporting to HHS is much more difficult now per article I read.

This begs the question though, how meaningful is it to keep testing people who don't have any symptoms?
