Democratic senator warns democracy 'unnatural,' may not be 'permanent'

I swear some senators are so stupid

First he needs a civics lesson we are not a democracy, we are a democratic republic, in a true democracy everyone would get a vote on every issue. We elect representatives who vote on these issues, supposedly they are supposed to represent those who voted for them in their best interest, we know in some cases that is not the case.
