Why churches must oppose COVID tyranny

The left REALLY wants to shut down the churches and so far has been pretty successful

I recently had an "argument" with a beloved family member whom I greatly respect. They are full-bore convinced that the whole "mask-thing", as well as COVID-19 itself, is one large "false flag" operation designed to condition us to accept tyranny and permit the overthrow of our own Republic. My counterpoint was that I believe COVID-19 is "real", and that there are "real" risks involved... but that I also believe the crisis is being manipulated and used to usurp power over certain aspects of our lives towards a political goal.

In this sense, I'm "uneasy" taking my family to a buffet restaurant right now in a major "tourist trap"... but we attend services almost every Sunday, in person. There are calculated risks I'm willing to take for things that truly matter... and inconveniences and restrictions I'm willing to accept where the risks outweigh the benefits.
