To put it simply criminals in this case were protestors that became rioters don't have a constitutional right to break the law. The constitution has been under assault for decades at least. Its amazing how the Constitution gets used by folks who want it abolished to defend their criminal actions.

This is why I let others do their own research, I wasted 2 minutes to show you what I say then had to read 5 paragraphs of why you don't agree. I won't bother explaining Socialism or communism to you as the ROI (return on investment) would be zero
What I said was the constitution was under assault and it is for those who pay attention, my mentality is America first, the other mentality is free shit for everyone and burn it down. As for waiting, you can wait until the sun cools and the last organism ceases to be. Your time is your time. As for these people being a threat, I guess you really don't do research or hear about the shootings, beatings and robberies> Generation Z will Peter out like all the rest over the decades and will be teh ones stuck wit the bill for their destructive ways.

Now that I have wasted time on you I will give you a heads up, I will not be doing your homework for you in teh future, get off you ass, do some research and actually look at unbiased sources or just look around whats going on in Democratic strongholds in this nation. I am not hear to make friends or change anyone minds about anything, Who in their right mind would trusty anyone who changes their opinion like their underwear. So in teh future when I tell you do your own research and homework you will see how I will ignore you request for verifying what I see and know.

SSgt Addison R. - Is socialism compatible with the United States Constitution?
Socialism is not compatible with the Constitutional Republic created by our Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. By definition, Socialists seek to end the form of government we now have and that means they are anti-American.

This is a condition of release until you go to trial. By the standard of what some say here it is a violation of constitutional rights.

I disagree it does not violate your constitutional rights because they could just as easily keep you confined until your court date.

One of the most important things that happens at an arraignment from a criminal defense lawyer’s | attorney’s perspective should be the Conditions of Release.

Conditions of Release or Release Conditions are requirements (post bail, don’t drink, avoid a person or place) a Judge enters by an Order that must be followed to stay out of jail. Aside from release conditions limiting a client’s freedom and sometimes requiring bail, arguing for release conditions is the first opportunity for defense attorneys to present their clients in a positive light. This should always be taken seriously and used to an advantage.

Keep in mind that any showing of a willful violation of these Release Conditions is grounds for the judge to consider issuing a warrant or taking an individual back into custody so minimizing these conditions is as important as making sure clients understand them.

Lets say your partner S/O was arrested for Physical Abuse, Part of conditions of release is no contact with the person they are accused of abusing this would result in not returning to the address of the shared home and no contact with the person they are accused of abusing which as a minimum would include that persons work, church, on and on.
If the conditions of release are not agreed on by the defense, and prosecutors, and Judge then you simply stay in jail. JMTC

SFC Robert Walton - What you are advocating for is government abuse waiting to happen (and I'd arguing is happening). If the government doesn't want people protesting against them, then arrest them on whatever inconsequential issue they want while at a protest, it doesn't even matter if it will stick in court, and then make it a pre-trial condition of release that they can't attend any protests.

Problem solved, the government no longer has to worry about those pesky protesters anymore.

SPC Kevin Ford - First of don't tell me what i am advocating for, I do not support Government abuse at all i do however under stand the difference between a protest and a riot. I believe if you check the constitution supports Peaceful protests the second this became not peaceful it became a riot. Choose your lane either support all the laws or don't you can't have it both ways. Enough said have a nice day.

SFC Robert Walton - Which might be a point worth exploring if these people had been arrested for violently rioting. But we have no idea if these particular people had anything to do with violent riots, their charges certainly don't reflect that.

You are just expressing what you want to be true, not what you know to be true which is a dangerous non-sequitur to engage in. It means that you will indeed support government abuse, as long as you can spin yourself some fiction on why they deserved it.

I think it will be upheld. They're giving them the choice to not accept it as it's a condition if release. If they don't agree, stay in jail until your court date.
