I am DONE! Who will Peacefully Assemble with me to save our state?
STOP listening to the people who can’t tell you about the ‘Founders Laws’ without the the letters of the Law the constitution means nothing! Peaceful protest has no legal grounds! Non! You have to peacefully assemble above the government or elected officials! Just like they do! They assemble above the people every day! They don’t protest the people! Every thing you say can and will be held against you in a court of law! Protest is not a legal word. Assembly is!
It starts and ends with with people! Treason starts and ends with government! There are 5 BOSs in this county, who are taking your rights away right along with the Governor! 5! So your telling me the 194,590 people living in this county are AFRAID of 5 people!
There is 1 (one) Governor and 53 representatives in California! So again, I ask you, the 39.78 MILLION people living in California are afraid of these 54 people!
The people have and always will have the majority power! The founding father of the Constitution James Madison made the Founders Laws and the Constitution full proof.
Now stop acting like fools and stand for your rights and freedoms! You have the same legal “Assembly” as they do! We are the seperation of power!

The votes were an entrapment voting process Lt Col Charlie Brown. The democrats take the votes of the people who don’t vote or vote independent. Making it look like we’re a democratic state when really we’re not.

It has to be resolved at the ballot box. Part of the reason for Newsom’s power is the Census counting illegal aliens, which gives more Congressional Districts to the Dems. A great state under the thumb of one liberal Governor.

Th e guy who is organizing the recall is using the 2003 or 2008 revision. When I spoke to him he said I was out of my mind and didn’t know what I was talking about because the recall was already approved by the legislative branch!
Of course it was! Because they know they will be waisting their time! He can’t be recalled and if he can be it’s almost impossible!
But the two million signatures can be used as the ‘Peoples Assembly’ can arrest the Governor and his constituents and elect new officials. That’s what the power of the electoral votes of the peoples assembly stands for.
