Record is a deceptive word. If it 1% above his highest numbers is a record. So from 28% to 29% is a record high hypothetically.

Not for nothing, but W. had the WH and both houses for ~16~ years. They all ran on smaller government (and it grew); less government intrusion (and built what we call the surveillance system); and above all, abortion of any and all types (never did a thing to roll back or restrict the procedure.) As a born Republican, it breaks my heart to admit that the middle path is the wise choice. After all we've been through as a nation National Security is my top priority and that is to make our country feel secure again.
