If our planning was robust why do we have 3.8 million cases and 140,000 deaths? Why did we experience a miserable failure of testing early on, and insufficient number of tests for many weeks? Why did we run out of PPEs, supplies, and equipment? Why did Trump push for openings with essentially no regards to safe guidelines? Why did Trump make the 50 states to scrounge for essential PPEs and supplies? Why is Trump trying to defund testing?

I will expound on Trump's and his administration's statements for the completely fucked up planning and response to COVID-19.
