Good morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is titled "Comet NEOWISE and Nebulae." Europe has certainly been prime viewing territory for Comet NEOWISE. This long duration (10 minutes!) composite image comes to us from a location near Miedzygórze, Poland. The Śnieznik Mountains are visible on the horizon. The California Nebula (NGC 1499) is visible on the far right, and above it are the Heart (IC 1805) and Soul (IC 1848) Nebulae.

Another great APOD, Bill... It seems that there has been substantial focus, & concentration on Comet NEOWISE, Maj William W. 'Bill' Price... It leaves me wondering about what is so important about this Comet...
