The Filipino president is stupid. He rolled over like a dead roach when China started to build islands in the disputed waters. The president even said something stupid like they are Chinese, and I am Chinese. We are like brothers. Stupid idiot. China wanted greater access to the Philippines but the defense minister is courting the Americans.
