No riots, but initiating gifting and self help business, private, and federal money contributions to help those crying "left in the rain". The programs were drained of funds then the drug dealing returned, making babies for 18 years of checks, quit the Family First jobs and back to section 8/welfare checks. Caucasians and Negros who were committed to making a difference in the lives of these people were laughed at and called do gooders. These Caucasians should think wisely..

Poor communities realizing you get more money from Welfare if you stay pregnant, that you do is you would a job. Planned Parent Hood moved in realizing hey had a Cash Cow and "Offered" to make minority community "Mistakes" go away Also back then everyone knew that starting at a Fast Food place was a "Starter Job" The only was to make a living was get promoted to manager, or go to college and find a better job. Most Fast Food Places even have plans to help employees go to college.
