No, they don't, they fight for power. They're the most corrupt political group ever, they need the black vote, so they make a couple of dozen black politicians congressmen or woman, and glorify them with riches, only to convince the African American community that helps is on the way. The DNC is nothing more than the modern-day Mafia.
