SSG Robert Mark Odom Unfortunately Trump Doesn't Believe the CIA, DIA or NSA. He Depends of FOX News and the Russians for His "Intelligence".

SGT Herbert Bollum - That Much is Obvious Shipmate. I was Military Intelligence for 21 Years. His Idea of Intelligence is FOX News which Makes Him an Idiot in My Book.

What is Congress going to do? Declare War? Send a strongly worded note? Pass a law? No, a fact finding tour? Please vote for you favorite response.

SSgt William Quinn Yes, that means some think it is credible and some don't which is very different than the intelligence community doesn't think it is credible. It's Congress's job to understand who thinks it is, who thinks it isn't and why.
Neither one of us is in any position to know the answers to those questions. I'd guess your problem with this is more political than rational.

My problem is we have been down this rode a few times and its all been BS, rational, the basis of the BS is political.
Rep. Ted Lieu, a California Democrat, tweeted at Grenell, daring him to confirm whether he did not tell Trump and Pence about a Russian military intelligence unit offering financial rewards to Taliban militants to kill U.S. troops or that McEnany was lying.
"I never heard this," Grenell shot back. "And it’s disgusting how you continue to politicize intelligence. You clearly don’t understand how raw intel gets verified. Leaks of partial information to reporters from anonymous sources is dangerous because people like you manipulate it for political gain."

SSgt William Quinn To be clear Grenell is as much of a political operater as Lieu. The oversight being political in nature is structurally built into the system.
I don't personally have any idea if this has any legs. I don't know if the the intelligence disagreement is based on facts, credibility or politics. But that's why we have both parties look at it. We had 21 Benghazi investigations led by the opposition party and they didn't find anything despite being very motivated to do so. That, in and of itself, brought a lot of credibility to the results.
