I said this about Trump and I'll say it about Biden -- while someone in the Oval Office it is a violation of the UCMJ to denigrate or disrespect that person. POTUS -- the position, not the man, features LARGE in the oath of enlistment. Remember that before replying to the article.

PV2 Larry Sellnow - Well said. Retirees aren't quite so lucky. The Supreme Court ruled a few years ago that retirees can still be held to the UCMJ as they are collecting pay from the Department of Defence.
As for me... I'm a disabled vet. My dough comes from the Department of Veterans Affairs -- I can thumb my nose with near impunity. Whoo-hoo!
