SFC Michael Hasbun - I rarely think resignation of people at the top of any organization when their organization fails should resign. Minneapolis is a perfect example, the current Chief knows the numbers to call to get change yesterday, a new guy from outside the department would need to build those relationships before any meaningful changes would happen.

Thank you Charlie, I love when officers have that chosen tactful words. When with the 82nd ABN, I always admired those officers, and would follow them anywhere, knowing they had good sound judgment.
Very good NCO's also had that, and the lower ranking men swarmed around them for good sound advice, and leadership.
