I am sorry this young man was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was injured by a police response to the person he was standing next to.
I have no control of a 27 year old grandson living in Los Angeles. I do hope he is not overly curious about the events going on in his neighborhood.
The best profile for personal safety is like the one practiced by the BCT Graduate whose name was unknown to the Drill Sergeants.
Freedom is one thing, being in the wrong place at the wrong time can be a problem!
