Showing again that Trump does not support veterans and the military. He claims to have raised pay, but he falls short of what even Obama did.

SSG Charles Muhlbach - sure. Do you want to go through the year by year pay raises? Are you sure you want to do this? Oh well, since you're sure enough to call me a liar, we'll go there.
Obama:
2009 - 3.9%
2010 - 3.4%
2011 - 1.4%
2012 - 1.6%
2013 - 1.7%
2014 - 1.0%
2015 - 1.0%
2016 - 1.3%
So for an E6/over10, base pay would have gone up from $3045 to $3409, an increase of 12% over that period. Now let's look at Trump.
Trump:
2017 - 2.1%
2018 - 2.4%
2019 - 2.6%
2020 - 3.1%
So for an E6/over10, base pay would have gone up from $3409 to $3770, an increase of 10.6% over that period. None of Trump's pay raises were as high as Obama's highest.

Did you really think that I just pulled this out of the air? Nice try, thanks for playing.

SSG Charles Muhlbach - First, you're playing with statistics--when did Obama take office? I don't think it was 2011...and I know why you used it, because the inflation rate for 2009 to 2016 was 10.1% and the pay raise was 12%. Why did you cut out the the first two years?

Second, "pink slips" as you call them or a RIF (Reduction in Force) is a fact of life in the military, and yes, some people are going to be separated. Do you think this is new?
