Bio
Dr. Brand is currently serving with the Instructional Systems Branch at the Coast Guard Special Missions Training Center. Prior to that he served as the Provost at Stratford University in Fairfax, VA. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Fayetteville Technical Community College in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Prior to joining FTCC, he was the Director of Education for the United States Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Entered military in 1976 and retired in 2000.
