Extremely thorough and well-docomented thelogical explaination of the confusion regarding.
It becomes ‘difficult’ when attempting to discuss or ‘validate’ the theory of the ‘trilogy’: three ‘beings’ in One.
I found the ‘trilogy’ best explained by SGT Steve MacFarland when he suggested the comparison of the ‘trilogy’ to water. Water exists in three forms: liquid, gaseous, and frozen.
If one ‘thinks’ of God’s form (?) as water (liquid); then, the Holy Spirit could be considered as existing in a gaseous state. Which would infer, Jesus would ‘exist’ in the solid form of water. I find this explanation to be an easier concept for the human mind to comprehend.
I was raised as a Roman Catholic and I struggled with this concept from my earliest memories until I turned 12. I simply ‘believed’ in the trilogy; however, this concept always confused me.
SGT David Reynolds, this ‘Share’ provides an historical context which is utilized to ‘show’ where, when, why, how, and to what extent the ‘teachings’ of the prophets were misconstrued.
Thank You SGT David Reynolds for ‘sharing this ‘accurate’ account of the historical explanation of the first eucuminical council held at Nicea.
I find this ‘Share’ extremely helpful.

The creed, from the Latin -cred meaning belief, never tried to prove anything. It is all about believing, not knowing. I always thought that was revolutionary. SPC Nancy Greene
