If the current trend continues the liberal majority isn’t going to last long. So far President Trump has made 9 appoints to the 9th. Probably the most important and longest lasting change being made is to the composition of the courts. President Trump has now had 158 judicial nominees confirmed to the Federal bench. President Trump has nominated and had confirmed, two Supreme Court justices, 44 Circuit Court judges, and 112 District Court judges. This is still far short of Regan at 382 and Clinton at 378.
