Col Joseph Lenertz I do wonder if those powerful, campaign fund distributing teacher’s unions are involved? They are partially responsible for the poor education those children are receiving!

Thomas Sowell’s book, ‘Black Rednecks and White Liberals’ cites Dunbar High School in Washington D.C. as having lines and lines of would-be minority student applicants because they knew would they would receive a solid education there in the 1930s!
