"Let’s face it: wearing a face mask is not pleasant. They can fog up your glasses and hurt your ears. If you are cursed with terrible allergies, as I am, they quickly become a disgusting sneeze chamber. They make breathing difficult".

I only wear mine when I am around other people. Not in my car or when I am far away from others.

To me it's a patriotic act to do this simple thing to possibly protect your neighbors and fellow citizens when you are in places where you might sneeze or cough, etc. Who knows if I might be infected, but asymptomatic? Granted, there was confusion early on about wear / don't wear a mask. But now it's clear that the main reason to do so it to protect others, not oneself. I don't see this notion as limiting my freedoms in any way!
