God is in control of all creation and velocity my friend Sgt (Join to see) This is a relatively simple issue dealt with my Albert Einstein in terms of relationship between moving particles and the reference plane.
Since everything in the universe is moving in relations to everything else, a galaxy moving at speeds near the speed of light when viewed from a reference point in another galaxy moving in a different direction and perhaps velocity is moving much faster than the speed of light.
Put simply this is a variant of two cars traveling at 60 MPH in opposite directions on a straight highway. They are both traveling at 60 MPH however the relative delta in velocity appears to be 120 MPH when viewed from either vehicle at the point they pass each other.
