If we don't take our freedoms back they may not come back: Napolitano

As far too many people, including Judge Napolitano, seem to forget, your rights under the Constitution are NOT absolute and they can, in fact, be suspended or limited in times of declared emergency. What is really interesting that I always ask, and nobody can answer, is where in the Constitution do you think it tells you that your rights are absolute? But now, hearing the protests, I have a new question. Which of the Amendments gives you the right to freedom from being quarantined or ordered to stay in your home? I know the 4th says "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated . . ." but it doesn't say anything about out of their houses.

As I suspected Sweden's laissez-faire approach to the pandemic, to let it run its course has backfired as cases are mounting in the country. Many were so optimistic about this model. If we open up the public too soon we will have a surge in cases. To state go back to work but practice social distancing mystifies me.
