The situation is like throwing a huge rock into the water. There will be ripples going in a lot of directions. Ripples that possibly we have not thought of due to our lack of creative thinking.

Sir I am not smart or creative in thinking. If the pandemic continues to grow, there will be a possibility that our quarantine and hospital capacity are not sufficient. We might need a larger capacity for mortuary affairs. Right now the first responders and medical staff have not the requisite protective gear and some will become victims. Despite the stimulus package the economy will experience major disruptions. Companies will shut down and lay off people. Some people will have no income nor the ability to pay debts. This will ripple in the economy. Some people will go broke and need food. This might be a huge distribution problem. We have to endure the organizations like banks, water, electricity, sewage, hospitals, and grocery stores remain open. A lot of National Guardsman will be called up. Right now the Army Corps of Engineers is looking at 120 sites around the country to use as make hospitals. The military is planning for the worst and will move mountains if has too. Some of the strengths the military is the ability to plan, execute, and track various missions. The power of the military is the ability to contract quickly for supplies. Have a good night sir.
