For sure, as a Reservist we were told when we brought weapons to the field for recertification that if any of them were unaccounted for we would not be released until the weapon was found. You can believe we never lost one.

Lost on post. Strange that they can't find them. Were they really lost? Or hidden for latter pickup and smuggled off post?
