He knows his state is "purple" and he lost a lot of support voting as he did.

I just moved to WV and his time is just about up. While Virginia is trying to go the way of California, West Virginia is trying to go the way of Texas. Joe knows the state is actually moving from blue to red and he's trying to satisfy both dems and repubs...but it won't work. He's made both sides angry. I won't be surprised if he flips to Republican when his term is up.
