We spend a lot of money on these treatments so we need to figure out what will work. No one treatment will be effective for all but we should be able to get a 25% improvement rate on anything we are recommending.

We hand out the diagnosis like candy at halloween and when you have people wanting the diagnosis, it makes it difficult for treatments to show real success. We can tell you that you are not having a heart attack or a broken bone but mental health is much tougher to say no and frankly in terms of CYA, you are likely to get the diagnosis. I really believe this is going to skew the results of any treatment.

*GASP!* a Government recommended program not working? In other news, water is still wet.
