Good morning COL. "Composure Day" .....
We all need to keep our composure in difficult situations
Always keep an even Keel:
“To be even minded is the greatest virtue.” — Heraclitus
Stay true to yourself:
“Never be moved by opinions of others. Keep your composure.” — Lailah Gifty Akita
Been working outside since 0530, came in about an hour and a half ago....more coffee!
Good morning to your Ladies...
Rock the New Week Brother as I know you will...

I expect that you have had composure in significantly serious incidents over your life affecting you and those you love Alan.
I pray that you and I are spiritual mature and that we have peace and joy bas well as composure in the face of traumatic experiences and potential death of friends, family and even ourselves, my brother-in-Christ Alan K..
Thank YOU, dear God for the blessing each of YOUR adopted children with the Fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control which YOU increase in each of us exactly when we need YOUR fruit.
I pray that YOU provide peace, joy and self-control to each of YOUR adopted sons and daughters when we face danger and turmoil either accidental or on purpose.
I lift parents of seriously ill children as well as caretakers for hospice patients to YOU dear God. Strengthen each with endurance in goodness, kindness and self-control as they interact with the patients. I pray dear God that YOU heal as many seriously ill children as YOU are willing supernaturally as well as through medical professionals.
I lift widows, widowers, orphans, and any other who grieving to YOU. I pray that YOU bless each one with an increase of joy, love, peace, and self-control as they grieve to fulfillment.
I lift the homeless families, homeless veterans to YOU. I pray that YOU protect each one from those who would prey on them and worse. Shake up the individuals who desire to ravage them to the depths of their soul.
I lift adopted children and foster children who are in danger to YOU. I pray that YOU guide police and and/or social workers in the nick of time to draw these vulnerable children away from danger. I pray that after they are saved that trustworthy counselors will help each one to deal with what they have been exposed to.
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted children and their loved ones sleep well Monday night.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.
