When wasn't West Africa, or most of Sub Sahara Africa, not threatened by the numerous Muslim tribal, revolutionary or just criminal factions along with the other various other tribal and political factions?

Most of Western Africa avoid most of the early post colonial bloodbaths like the Congo and Uganda, but since the late 80's seems to be competing to catch up in brutality and cruelty.

The west lies to it'self. Islam is not a religion of peace. Islam is at war with the world. What did Muhammad command the Ummah to do?
That is correct. 0 to 20% are doing it. Almost all the rest of the 80% caught inside Islam is in full support. Then, you have the likes of Soro's bringing it into the west to cause chaos.
