Wow a RepubliCon that actually has the cahones to speak out against Trump. Majority of Republicans are afraid to condemn Trumps administration on anything as if he's a dictator, at least he's willing to voice what the majority are thinking

SSgt Ray Stone - Our system heavily favors the incumbent. The RNC is not going to give up that advantage by running an unelectable "newbie," if they don't have to. and the argument that they will put seats at risk of loss to Democrats just doesn't hunt.

So, we have a junior senator who doesn't get it? Okay...they really had to search to find this one. Most of the senators who've been around for a while, said they had no issues. Unless they are Democrats of course.

He is the senior Senator from Utah. Senator Romney is the junior Senator from Utah.

Not only is Mike Lee the senior senator from Utah, he has been elected twice to the Senate. He is a conservative leaning toward libertarian and has been an ardent supporter of the administration. I am glad that the Senator has higher standards for a briefing of this nature and wish more had high standards when it comes to this type of situation

SP5 Dennis Loberger - I agree Dennis. This partisanship is sickening. Lindsey Graham has sold his soul to the Devil and President Trump. Everything he said during the Clinton administration impeachment has been completely negated. He has completely desecrated the memory of his so-called friend John McCain. He has no moral compass. He is despicable. He is a Senator and military officer with absolutely no scruples. I only wish I could tell him to his face what a disgrace he is.

SGT (Join to see) - You may have noticed over time I don't believe in calling people names, not even politicians. I would rather simply analyze what they say. The fact that I don't trust politicians of either stripe forces me to not accept their words as fact and forces me to try to determine the truth. I must confess I once supported Lindsey Graham. He has been a major disappointment to me for the reasons you cited.

He didn't trash Trump, he trashed the brief and their alleged unwillingness to go into details as to what would constitute the need for Congress to debate or discuss future escalation. I just watched him make his case on TV and he even stated he supports Trump's recent actions.
