I read this yesterday. He will find funds somewhere else or in 2020, we will get a budget with that in it as it should be.

Like where? Social security is paid into by workers. News flash: one has to have had a job with a W-2 in order to pay into that.

We should check out that whole Congress funds budget items thing and see if that works.
