When you worry and stress you can be overwhelmed. The first step to resolving your problem is to calm your mind and seek the answer you need.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - When I find myself stressing, the pets start stressing, too. A few minutes spent soothing them also helps me calm down, as well. This works when I can't get into the garden!

Although some worry/stress is a good motivator to get a task completed, it can certainly get out of hand if you allow it too.
Some turn to medication, and in moderation, this can help immensely, as long as it is supervised by a doctor’s care.

Ahhh calmness of the mind- the thing that alludes me every night. I sleep lightly and when I have problems- my mind mulls them over relentlessly and become distractions. This does cause some issues, but part of who I am. Work in progress and this is how I feel:
