Uncomfortable gazes: Why some sailors are unhappy with the design of the new woodland cammies

The Army addressed this same topic years ago. It was evaluated and determined not to be an issue. If people are going to take more than a passing glance the there is a misconduct issue and it should be dealt with. Let’s face it men and women who would otherwise look at the chest of someone will do it em either way, ranknor no rank. It is a great looking uniform that provides needed utility. Just one guys thoughts. Thank you for your service.

I do not see a problem with it but then I am not a Sailor. If the big issue is people looking at your chest then maybe it is time to go to the Gym more. If a person is intently looking at your chest then maybe you need to tell them the rank. If that don't work then you could bring it up as harassment or misconduct. But Male to Male I still don't see an issue. Just my thoughts.
