I think the overreaction is in fear of not the speech, but on just how determined the AG is to find the people who abused power in 2016-17 and pull them out, root and stem.

Capt Gregory Prickett - We have plenty of people looking at the White House.
It only takes a couple determined people to unravel the rest of the story.

There has been a lot of haughty talk of late about oaths of office and Constitutional duty. Well, that Constitution has seven Articles and 27 Amendments and they all count. The allegation that a number of Constitutional officers falsified FISA applications to spy on a US citizen is bad enough. But utilizing the powers of the IC to spy on a Presidential campaign in order to attempt to overthrow the results of an election is serious to the point of stopping everything until that situation is fully accounted for. I hope the feds nail every last one of the culprits.

All that does not negate the current goings on, as they stand alone. I think that we've discussed that issue plenty, as well as what the likely outcome is. I saw with interest the other day when a Dem Congresswoman has the audacity to publicly comment that she no longer supports impeachment. Then the Turks got to her, and she said never mind.

Probably the First Attorney General in a long time that is performing in the position vs using it as a Resume stamp to seek higher office.
