That will keep his shadowbox looking sharp, but he is done in the community.

Since he won't get pushed out, I could see him getting a desk job

Sgt Bruce C. - He'll probably retire after pulling some admin duty for a few months.

The next SEAL function with Gallagher will be awkward me thinks. No other war criminals to share stories with.

SSG Nathan Stryker The actual posing with the dead body does not necessarily make it a crime. It could, but it’s a contextual question. It’s not just as simple as answering the question: Did they take a picture? You would need to have the context upon which the photo was actually taken and you have to see what it actually depicts. Depending upon what the picture shows and the context that surrounds the nature of when this picture was taken, where it was distributed, that would would be pretty critical to understanding whether or not it would be a war crime.

SSG Nathan Stryker - “ Posing for a picture with a dead enemy combatant is a war crime?”. C’mon. Yes, it is.
The practice violates several provisions of the Geneva Conventions. A good place to researching within those treaties is the fourth Geneva Convention, Article 3.

SSG Nathan Stryker - And more specifically, he was convicted under article 134 of the UCMJ, described as ‘Wrongfully pose for an unofficial picture with a human casualty’.

Diversion once again,,, if people are talking about this, they are not paying attention to Trump's many wrongdoings.
Distract and divert,,, Putin's teachings.
