1SG Steven Imerman Coeur D’Alene is great in the summer. A resort hotel there has a golf course with a green that can be moved further from the lake’s shoreline for the better golfers.
Nearby; “”my”” Hayden Lake is more of a private golf community.
Huge potatoes are grown around Burley, ID. We used a three day pass from Ft Lewis to visit Gene Larsen’s home town. It was quite a ride from Ft Lewis!

Awesome post. With my internal metal in my leg, walking and riding were out. 4 wheeler's I can do. finding a place I could fulfill a life time goal of a Elk hunt. Wish me luck finding one.
