I just feel sad for all the Kurds and civilians who got killed but the Turkish surrogates after we left. Doing the Hokey Pokey dance with US forces is very unfortunate

MAJ,
I read the article.
It is my guess, there is a lot of information not being shared. For example: Turkey is Sunni and stepped into northern Syria to take a role in what is going to happen to Juan MacCains's rebels. Also, the oil fields, if they are the same ones, were controlled by ISIS not too long ago and Turkey banked off of that.
I have to wonder, how has this agreement happened? There are bigger fish at play here. It could be to keep them out of Iran's hands. But no one tells a Cpl anything. But it does seem to be a big Cluster **** religious civil war on going. That is what created ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Sunni's being sh** on.
