Feds: Navy officer sexually abused child

It's just statistics, PO1. The Military isn't a huge demographic, but it's representative of the population, and therefore plagued by the same diseases. However, I do feel we've lost some of the ability to accurately judge character "esoterically" as a result of more "formal" processes.
