I'm scratching my head at the Nobel PEACE Prize? The Peace Prize is awarded for a lifetime body of work. Single action Pre-Nominees for the Nobel must lecture on their hypothesis, research, notes, and include a paper written by themselves in a closeted room. All this is BEFORE they are nominated.
Lifetime Nominees for the Nobel are judged by the Nobel Committee, in-absentia, over their total body of works and contributions to mankind.
