I thought Colonation was bad? Oh, the humor in this is too much. When the winners of the Empire Game accept Colonists to form Colonies within their borders. LOL!!!
Aaaaaaaand thats' why I tried to learn enough of whatever language the locals spoke where ever I was, to be able to at least be polite and enough of their culture so as to at least know what was considered offensive and then try not to do those things. Worked pretty well.
