Dems Propose First Gun Grab Since Lexington And Concord

Had a thought. Since the common man does not have Full Auto guns(the real assault type), and those that own long guns typically use them for hunting, at long ranges. America is primarily a Nation of snipers. Is this what the grabbers are really afraid of? As they set up their unconstitutional tyrannical little Fiefdoms, there might be somebody a couple of blocks away, or maybe a mile(outside the reach of their armed bodyguards) with the ability to put a stop to the attempts at subverting the Constitution?
As to the article, if memory serves the grabs at Lexington and Concord didn't turn out to well for the grabbers back then either.
