President Trump was correct. Early models did show that Dorian could go anywhere from up the coast to across Florida and in the Gulf and anywhere in between. Even CNN showed it, yet they want to rip President Trump for it.

He can’t let it go by the time he briefed it the weather service said Alabama was not even close to getting touched

If he just kept his mouth shut he would have been OK. If he had just said, Hey I was thinking of some of the older forecasts he would have been OK. But Trump had to be Trump and writes on a map with a sharpie and tries to pass it off as real. Lol.
In the grand scheme of things it's just kind of amusing. But come on you're the POTUS, certainly you have the resources to come up with something better than drawing on the map with a sharpie. ;)

Trump surely had the resources to come up with the latest forecast prediction but he being Trump had to show us he knew better than his own NOAA . Most of us know he is very fond of using sharpies so it didn’t surprised me that a sharpie was used to alter an official weather chart tracking Hurricane Dorian .
