Government and the need to feel safe

A security blanket is what they want but it is something government can not really provide.

Liberal politicians want to control all aspects of our lives to keep us safe. But there are two major flaws in the premise. One, they always forget human nature. They create laws that rely on way they hope humans act and not the reality of human actions. They continually discount that their are evil folks in the world who will always do evil things. Two, they have the audacity to think that humans rule the world. Nature has proven itself, over and over, to be more powerful than mankind. Natural disasters have caused more damage to the world than any man made actions.
