Either we have property rights or we do not. Most people make use of some form of electronic device to communicate and to exercise our right of free speech. Now imagine for just one minute if New York City imposed the same restrictions on cell phones...

The 2nd amendment was NEVER intended to preserve our right to sport shoot, or to hunt. It was about our natural and unalienable right to protect ourselves from a government that forgets or disregards

"...certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness."

and to protect our selves, our loved ones, and our property from individuals, groups, or foreign entities that intend us harm. How do we do that with weapons that cannot be transported.

In my view, SGT (Join to see), SCOTUS should uphold the The Constitution and not fold to the whims of the journalists and politicians, Period!!! It is about time that these Liberal idiots are stopped in their tracks!!!
