You aren't going to find them. As acknowledged in the article, some were dropped into the sea or blown up with dynamite. Also available: plenty of remote mountains and jungle, incinerators...
Pinochet was an asshole, but there isn't a lot of sympathy in Chile, especially at the time, for the revolutionary communists that gave rise to Pinochet's junta in the first place, Anyone in a position to know was either brought to justice decades ago or has a very vested interest in remaining silent.

MAJ (Join to see) - Not blaming the victims, pointing out the situation at the time. Senior people were held accountable, both inside Chile and internationally. What I'm saying is that the Pinochet govt was quite efficient at making people disappear, and that lower level guys in the regime would have a very vested interest in keeping silent.
Seeing as how revolutionary communists behaved in places like Nicaragua, Cuba, and El Salvador in that timeframe when they were the ones in power, I don't really see that one has the moral high ground over the other.
As for my eternal soul, I feel vey confident that I am in a state of grace, thank you. Were I to blow my eternity, it would not be over my pragmatic views about things that happened in the '70's that I had nothing to do with.
