Lt Col Charlie Brown - as the article says, complex odontoma. Obviously not fully formed, or full size, teeth but miniature "tooth-like" entities. Still an interesting case. Too bad the parents waited so long - significant bony defect, article doesn't say if they had to plate it or not, but if the radiograph shown is from the case they had to plate.
