As I read through this story, I thought to myself that every reason the judge used to void the 2011 changes to the preemption law, are the reasons is was put in place. Most notably the "Ideological Lawsuits" clause. Legislating from the bench.

The judge needs to be recalled and removed from the bench. They're supposed to have an un-biased opinion when issuing a ruling or commenting on things such as this. It's a shame that judges are politicians and often side with their respective party.

As if the law was going to stop a killer from shooting a gun in a park. But it might stop a good guy from responding.
