It's not just passing bills. It's funding them and then insuring that they are carried out.

My thoughts exactly Lt Col Charlie Brown! Passing bills may make them feel good about "doing something" for Veterans, but if it isn't backed up with money and action, it was just a "feel-good" bill.

Good morning Lt Col Charlie Brown! I haven't had my coffee yet (LOL!), but I agree! However, before anything can happen, there has to be a "Bill" and then it has to Pass in both the House and the Senate... Funding is always an issue with Congress...
