So True Lt Col Brown, I never even knew there was such a thing as racism until I ran in to the southern democrats in GA. at Fort Gordon. This was in 1967 of course and I was from a small Northern All White Town. I just treated everyone equally and THAT got Me in Trouble? It didn't take me long to understand there was something very wrong. What really troubled me was that it was so ingrained and if I knew it was wrong at the age of 18 how could half the country not have figured it out.
